1.1 Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot accommodate exchange requests.

1.2 Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Exchanges for used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process an exchange. Please provide your order number and relevant details when initiating an exchange request.

2. Exchange Process

Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide an exchange authorization number.

2.2 Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, use a suitable alternative to protect the item(s) during transit. Include all original accessories, documentation, and any promotional items that were included with your purchase.

2.3 Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Processing Exchanges

3.1 Receiving Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

5. Exchanging for a Different Product

Once we receive and process your returned item, you can place a new order for the desired product. Please note that price differences may apply, and you may need to pay any additional costs associated with the new product.
